Gavin and Barkley all ready for first football sunday. Then last weekend we went to a car show where gavin got to play and explore another fire engine. Grandma celebrated her 88th birthday (gavin helped insert the candles). Then sunday we went to see mamaw and papaw craig at the fair where the g-man got to ride his favorite thing... the train!

Last Thurs my little guy turned 2! I can't believe it. We did a small party at my mom's over the weekend with just the fam. Gavin got tons of great gifts from the grandparents and aunts/uncles. I think he had a fab day and brian and I were pooped. Now where to put all the new duds, oh my can't wait to get a house with a basement!!!

So this past week we spent our 4th with friends in myrtle beach. Gavin loooved the ocean thank goodness. I think all the kids as well as adults had a great time. We even got the little man on a wake board but I didn't get any pics of that b/c I had to help brian keep him on it. Our next trip will def include a plane flight for sure. 12 hours with a toddler strapped to a seat was not the best idea...TRUST ME!
